The
purpose of my inspection is to help my clients learn more about the
home or building they are buying or selling, so they have a better
impression of possible major expenses in the near future.

I am dedicated to providing thorough inspections of homes and buildings for sale or pre-sale status. We are also insured to inspect commercial buildings.
A
typical home inspection should take at least three hours. I will not
rush through an inspection , and I am available for my clients after
the inspection is completed.

I
obtain a condition report on the property and ask my clients about any
major concerns about the property. With this information, I start with
the outside, the immediate landscape, sidewalks, driveway, parking
lots, gutters, downspouts, garage decks, building exterior, electrical
services, chimney, roof, etc.
The interior review includes
foundations, electrical, plumbing, heating and air, structural,
kitchen, bath, stairs, staircases, windows, floors, walls, cabinets,
living areas, offices , workspace, storage, lobby, attics, and
insulation.
I log concerns for water damage, remodeling, animal/insect and mold infestations.
I
provide immediate on-site written reports with an emphasis on fire and
safety issues, which are based on the state standards for fire
inspections , which we also perform. We serve all of southeastern Wisconsin .

Background:
I
have been involved in the building trades for over 35 years. Also, with
Dave Kitzki Homes , I have built several homes for families. My focus
is obviously on homes and buildings.

Qualifications:
I am a Wisconsin certified home inspector. I am bonded and insured to inspect residential and commercial buildings.
