Dave obtains a condition report on the property and addresses any of your major concerns. He starts with the outside, the immediate landscape, sidewalks, driveway, parking lots, gutter downspouts, garage decks, building exterior, electrical services, chimney, and roof.
After an approximately three hour home inspection, you will receive a detailed immediate, on-site written inspection report outlining any fire or safety concerns. Once your inspection is completed, Dave is available to answer any questions that you may have.
